B:REAL revitalizes the historical building from 1920

B:REAL ESTATE is preparing the realisation of a development project in the industrial park “U Borové” in Havlíčkův Brod. The subject of the project is the complete revitalization of the historical building from 1920 according to the architectural design of Ing. arch. Milan Stejskal.

Even after the revitalization, the building will retain its industrial historical character and will offer 700m² of office and production space. The project will be completed in July 2014 and then handed over to a new tenant, the Denwel company.
