B:REAL ESTATE has completed the reconstruction of the historic building in the Industrial Zone U Borové

The industrial zone U Borové in Havlíčkův Brod is undergoing a gradual revitalization. At the beginning of this year, the reconstruction of the historic building interior from 1920 offering unique office and production premises with a floor area of over 700 m² was completed.

The Industrial Zone U Borové, formerly the area of the Motorpal company in Havlíčkův Brod, is undergoing gradual reconstruction. One of the reconstructed buildings is a historic building from 1920, which was disused due to poor technical condition. The attic of the building, however, hid unique historical roof trusses, which predetermined the building for rescue and further use.

In recent months, the building has undergone a complete interior renovation. “The main emphasis was put mainly on preserving the historical character, unique architecture of the building and creating various spaces tailored to new tenants,” explains Marek Doležel from B:REAL ESTATE.

On the second floor of the building, a unique open space was created, dominated by historical roof trusses, supplemented with new supporting elements that optically divide the space into individual workplaces. This newly created space will be used for open space offices with variable layout options. On the contrary, the lower floor is intended for industrial production and storage areas. The building offers a total of over 700 m² of office, manufacturing and warehouse space.

After finishing the interior reconstruction, the building was handed over to the new tenant for full use. These unique and attractive spaces are now used by the prestigious Denwel manufacturing company, which, among other things, supplies professional technical equipment for the food, pharmaceutical and chemical industries.

The final stage of the overall reconstruction will be the repair of the building's facade.
